NOTICE: It is important to understand, that registering your company with the FDA under the regulation of the Bioterrorism Act, does not constitute, nor it is the same as registering your Plant and Products for the purposes of exporting and distributing them within the USA.

Federal regulations of the USA demands that all foreign companies that process foods that will be marketed and sold within the USA must register their Processing Plants and Food Products with the FDA. This must be done before any steps are taken to export and distribute the products for human or animal consumption within the USA.
